Terms of return

In case for any reason you do not like the delivered item(s), you can return it within 14 calendar days on the condition that you keep the receipt and ensure the product(s) marketable condition:

  • Take the goods and documents to the shop where the purchase was made.
  • The goods must be clean and in its original condition with no signs of use.
  • The packaging and factory labels must be intact.

Non-returnable goods:

  • Hosiery products;
  • Perfume and cosmetic.

Terms of refund of funds:

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase:

  • In case of cash payment the amount will be refunded by cash;
  • In case of online payment the amount will be refunded on the customer’s bank account within 3-5 business days after the return is approved.

Special Conditions:

If you have purchased items under a promotion where a discount is given for buying several items at the same time, only the complete set will be refunded.

How to cancel an order

If the order has not yet been transferred to delivery, you can cancel it online:

    1. Go to your personal account;
    2. Select ‘My Purchases’;
    3. Select the item you want to cancel;
    4. Click ‘Cancel Order’ and select the reason for cancellation.
